She walks and talks like a swinger lady hitched to the sun

There’s diamonds in her eyes that sting to look at

Sunshine on her back like maggots on a body

Her looks can kill

And her taste does

Poison pumping through the veins

Slimy trails down her arms

Tongue as sharp as a thorn that snags

And claws of a daughter of Nyx from Hell

Drag you down down down

Until you think you’ve lost your breath

Legends spring from her womb

She can control you but she won’t

With a flick of her wrist a dagger she throws

Straight to your heart

But the pain doesn’t come

Instead she jumps on her chariot and rides off into the starlight

Into the void

Into the bleak

And leaves you wondering what your life really means.

Death is not absence just another journey.
